Our non-profit client, located in High Point, NC has an immediate need for an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources.

The Asst. VP of HR performs a variety of administrative and supervisory duties, including:

Assisting with developing and administering personnel policies, programs, and regulations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Assisting with developing and/or interpreting personnel policies and procedures
Assisting with receiving and addressing employee concerns and grievances
Assisting with collating planning components from other divisions and assembling them into comprehensive plans for accomplishing the mission of the Agency
Assisting with reporting to various government or oversight agencies
Assisting with researching, recommending, administering benefits and programs
Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget
Assisting with pre-employment interviews, evaluates performance, and trains staff
Maintaining personnel records

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or closely related field, Master’s degree preferred.

Five (5) years of previous experience and/or training that includes human resource experience.

Benefits Manager Morristown, NJ Perm

Our non-profit client has an immediate opening for a direct hire Benefits Manager in Morristown, NJ. This is a hybrid position, working 2-3 days on-site.

Position reports to the Head of HR and Corporate Communications and has about 200 employees.

Responsibilities Include:
• Plan, design, implement, administer, and communicate cost-effective employee benefits programs including health and welfare and consistent with corporate objectives and Human Resources strategy.
• Analyze existing benefit plans considering cost, market trends and company strategy and recommend program changes.
• Manage the administration and customer service of company-sponsored benefits programs. Develop effective benefits communication strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business with Human Resources emphasis or equivalent required.
• A minimum of seven years’ experience with Benefits plan design and administration.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations regarding benefits administration.
• Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation is highly desirable.

Customer Service Representative Prospect Park, PA Perm

Our party services client has an immediate opening for an entry level Customer Service Representative to work on-site in Prospect Park, PA.

Responsibilities

Answering customer calls in an efficient, upbeat and friendly manner
Follow procedures to accurately process orders and communicate customer concerns
Data entry of email, phone and online orders
Efficiently perform all job duties in a fast-paced environment
Make calls from customer lists to generate new business relationships
Occasionally attend industry networking events and possibly attend trade shows
Willingness to perform a variety of duties within the warehouse as needed (May include quality assurance checks, assisting customers with pickups and returns, etc.)

Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Excellent customer service skills
Superior telephone and conversation skills, along with computer and internet knowledge
Motivated learner and self-starter
Ability to manage stressful situations gracefully
Ability to ask clear and leading questions to quickly identify and resolve customer concerns
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Flexible availability Mon – Sat (Ability to work extended shift during peak seasons)
Previous experience in retail customer service is preferred, but not required
