Ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic legal environment? We are working with a prestigious National 1,000+ lawyer law firm that is seeking an EEO Specialist/Program Manager! This unique and rewarding opportunity allows for a hybrid work arrangement, with the flexibility to operate from our offices in Philadelphia, Montgomery, or Bucks County.

Key Responsibilities:
As an EEO Specialist/Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in championing Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action regulations across the Firm. Working alongside internal counsel, Chief Talent Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, and the Director of Human Resources, your responsibilities include:
Developing, implementing, and executing affirmative action plans that foster diversity and inclusivity Firm-wide.
Collaborating with 19+ Firm offices on affirmative action planning, outreach initiatives, and compliance in selection and employment practices.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with leadership to address affirmative action concerns and ensure regulatory compliance.
Providing affirmative action input on departmental strategies, goals, and objectives.
Producing accurate and timely reports, including annual AAPs, EE0-1, VETS-4212
Partnering with HRIS to collect and refine employment-related data for analysis.
Developing and delivering engaging training programs to educate firm on Equal Opportunity Programs and DEI efforts.
Identifying and recommending opportunities to enhance workforce diversity.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to establish and implement a proactive Firm outreach program.
Staying current on Affirmative Action, OFCCP regulations, and best practices in HR Compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business
6+ years of experience in a HR role, with a focus on developing and implementing Affirmative Action Plans, along with expertise in managing OFCCP compliance.
Deep understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity laws, Affirmative Action principles, and employment practices.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
Strong investigative and analytical skills.
Extensive knowledge of employment laws and human resources policy and practice.
Familiarity with government activities in regulatory compliance.
Highly motivated, personable self-starter with solid project management skills
Catalyst for change, demonstrating ownership and driving impactful results.
Ability to lead meetings, teams, and workgroups, fostering participation, trust, respect, and cooperation.
Proficient use of MS Office
