Partnering closely with the Strategic Delivery team, this role is tailored for an enterprise transformation specialist who goes beyond assessment and recommendations to actively design operating models and implement organizational changes for strategic initiatives. You will work alongside PMOs and transformation offices to drive adoption, ensure value realization, and move cross-functional teams beyond legacy governance structures.

Our client, a mid-sized life sciences company in the Lawrenceville, NJ area, has an immediate need for a Compensation Director. This is a full-time position, and the candidate must work on site at least 3 days per week .

The Compensation Director owns pay strategy setting the compensation philosophy and job architecture, benchmarking roles against market survey data, maintaining salary structures, and designing bonus, commission, and equity programs. They run the annual merit and incentive cycle end to end — budget modeling, manager guidelines, system set up, and cost analysis for Finance and the executive team — while ensuring FLSA, pay equity, and state pay-transparency compliance.

Reports directly to Head of HR. No direct reports.

At least 10 years corporate compensation leadership experience required.

The HR Generalist will provide expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, HR processes, project management, compliance, recruiting, employee engagement, and Human Resource Management System. In addition, the HR Generalist provides support/manage on all personnel matters and assists with employee relations, benefit administration, new hire orientation, policies, and programs.

This is a direct hire onsite position in Moorestown, NJ.

Bachelor’s degree along with 4-7 years HR experience. Manufacturing experience preferred.
