Our client in Boston’s MetroWest area, has an immediate need for an HR Generalist.

In this role, you will be a key partner to the HR Director, helping to ensure the daily operations run smoothly and employees feel supported.

What You’ll Do:
• Employee Support: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, helping to resolve issues and guide managers through disciplinary processes.
• Benefits & Leave: Administer employee benefits, manage leave of absence requests (FMLA, STD, LTD), and handle workers’ compensation claims.
• HRIS & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (ADP preferred) and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Culture & Development: Help enhance the company culture by assisting with employee training, recognition programs, and company events.

What You’ll Bring:
• 2-3 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with ADP is a plus.

Labor Relations Specialist Gloucester County, NJ Remote

We’re looking for a highly skilled Labor Specialist to join our client’s team in South Jersey for a 3-6 month assignment. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact by managing labor relations, ensuring compliance, and fostering positive relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of labor law and collective bargaining.

Responsibilities include managing grievances, administering collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance, providing guidance to management on labor relations issues, preparing reports and documentation related to labor relations activities.
Position can be fully remote.
