o Collaborate and communicate effectively with the HR, Operations, and medical organizations, including facilitating decision-making with the Steering Committee.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, Strategy, or HR-related major preferred).
• Experience in Manufacturing is REQUIRED.
• Strong Microsoft skills including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong experience in creating surveys, job analysis, and job description evaluations.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational design, transformation, or change management within a large, complex global environment.
• Proven background in Talent Management, Continuous Improvement, or Program and Project Management.
• Strong Project Management skills and the ability to deliver outcomes across cross-functional, global teams.
• Experience working in global or international organizations, adept at collaborating and influencing across various functions and geographies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Bonus: Spanish language skills are a strong plus given the focus on Costa Rica operations.

If interested, please submit the following information to be considered for this role:
1. Updated resume
2. Confirm you can start a contract assignment and commit to the length of the contract.
3. Confirm you can work remote and travel 30%- 50% of the time to Ireland & Costa Rica.
4. Provide a short blurb on your experience with the areas listed above (gathering data, analysis, project management, etc.).
5. Provide your hourly rate requirements.
