The Rosen Group has a new opening for a Sr. Director of Total Rewards with a leading company in Philadelphia, PA. You will have a unique opportunity to shape and implement innovative strategies to attract, retain, and reward the company’s talented workforce.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of all compensation and benefits programs.
• Developing and managing compensation structures, including base salaries, incentives, and variable pay programs.
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Conducting market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits practices.
• Managing the company’s retirement plans, including 457b plan governance.
• Collaborating with HR technology teams to optimize the use of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Infor Cloud).
• Providing strategic guidance and support to HR leadership on compensation and benefits matters.

Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a complex organization with multiple bargaining units.
• Strong understanding of compensation theories and practices, including traditional and modern approaches.
• Expertise in designing and administering retirement plans, including defined benefit, defined contribution, and pension plans.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and trends to inform compensation decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems, such as SuccessFactors, Infor Cloud, SAP, Workday, or UKG.
