HR Generalist/Admin VNA Holmdel, NJ Perm

Our large healthcare client of over 2300 employees is looking for an HR Generalist with strong HRIS experience as well as benefit administration.

Must be open to work in office location in Holmdel, NJ (between Asbury Park and Perth Amboy) for first 90 days and then a hybrid role will be considered.

This is a team oriented HR group and this candidate will work closely with the HRIS manager and benefit analyst. This is NOT A BUSINESS PARTNER ROLE. This candidate will work closely with the Business partners to assist with resolution of ER issues,etc.

Duties include:
Providing salaried and hourly wage administration utilizing HR Workforce Now,assisting in implementation of HR policies and procedures, tracking in a consultative fashion training opportunities,etc,maintaining compliant and accurate employee files,.
70% will involve data work and 30% benefit work.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider experience as a substitute for the degree
5 years of experience with TACTICAL HANDS ON HR experience (preferably having worked for very large company).
Strong HRIS experience-ADP Workforce NOW preferred–BUT WILL CONSIDER ANY OTHER ADP HRIS PRODUCT, Ultipro Workday, and possibly Peoplesoft.

Salary range $70k-$72k
