Our client is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Newtown, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape the HR function, making a significant impact on our continued growth and employee engagement.

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be instrumental in establishing and driving the HR strategy. You will have the unique opportunity to build and grow the HR function, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role requires a proactive and experienced HR professional with a passion for creating a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for both hourly and salaried positions, developing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Design and administer comprehensive employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll in close coordination with the Finance department.
Establish and maintain organized employee records, ensuring strict compliance with all applicable state and federal labor laws and regulations.
Develop and lead performance management processes, including regular reviews, goal setting frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives.
Champion and cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that strongly aligns with the organization’s core values, implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
Serve as a primary and trusted point of contact for all employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Develop and support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth opportunities.
Lead and assist with various compliance initiatives, internal and external audits, and the preparation of accurate and timely HR reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience building or significantly growing the HR function within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and payroll systems.
Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Proven proficiency with HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
