Director of Talent Acquisition King of Prussia, PA Temp to Perm

Our healthcare client has an immediate need for a contract to hire Talent Acquisition Director. The position can be largely remote with some on site . This is an exciting opportunity to build a recruiting function from the ground up.

The HR department does not currently have a recruiting function and this person will build that function while simultaneously carrying a slate of job openings, and provide recruiting administration (i.e. it’s a strategic and hands on role).

The company has locations in multiple states and this person will also oversee recruiting needs in those areas.

This position requires someone who has best in class recruiting strategy experience . A real rock star. They need to be business minded and build trust with company leaders and hiring managers. They will need to have the following strategic skills:
• great interpersonal skills with healthcare candidates and employees of all levels
• strong experience in setting up a recruiting technology system (ATS)
• have a sales and marketing mentality and approach
• create a brand that will attract candidates to the company
• understand the nature of sales– strong listening and questioning skills, ability to influence hiring managers and candidates to accept positions (that are the right fit for the candidate and the organization)


• Must have healthcare experience
• Strong and assertive sourcing skills
• Experience recruiting passive job seekers not just those actively looking
• Experience building candidate pipelines thru creative methods other than just using job posting
• Create a internal posting system and job referral program
• Establish a hiring approval process tied to job descriptions
• Reduce agency fees and have experience doing so
• Experience building and managing additional recruiters over time
• Tactical requirements include scheduling candidate interviews, maintaining candidate data, offer letters, and placing ads as needed
