We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compensation Consultant for our healthcare client in the Philadelphia area. You will play a vital role in implementing and administering our compensation programs. This is a fully remote contract assignment scheduled for a minimum of 6 months and up to 18 months.
You will be the primary compensation contact for HR and operational leaders at assigned entities, providing expert guidance and support.
Responsibilities:
Implement and administer compensation programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR and operational leadership on compensation matters, effectively communicating policies, practices, and regulatory guidelines.
Assist the Director of Compensation in reviewing and designing compensation programs for assigned entities and company as a whole.
Analyze exempt and non-exempt positions, considering job descriptions, market data, job evaluations, compensation program eligibility, and organizational structure to recommend appropriate job classifications and compensation levels.
Deliver timely and competitive salary offers that adhere to company policies, balance internal and external equity, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations (FLSA, Equal Pay Act, etc.).
Process wage and salary changes related to promotions, job changes, market adjustments, shift differentials, and other compensation programs.
Review personnel actions to ensure compliance with company policies and practices.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years compensation experience.
