Our client, a software services company located in Warminster, PA, has an immediate need for a Direct Hire Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position will report to the VP of Human Resources. Company has about 500 employees.

This is a high-volume, full cycle recruiter position responsible for posting, interviewing, making offers, etc. Average number of openings can be as high as 20. Positions being filled are call center employees and administrative positions.

Position can be mostly remote but will need to be onsite occasionally.

Our pharmaceutical client, located in Yardley, PA, has an immediate need for a Sr. Benefits Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the CHRO, this position will lead the North America (4000 employees) health, welfare and insurance benefit plans, programs, and policies, including but not limited to ongoing and annual processes, regulatory compliance, process improvement, vendor management and program quality assurance.

ABOUT THE JOB:
• Leads the administration and analysis of the comprehensive health and insurance benefit offerings for active associates.
• Responsible for all aspects of medical plans, spending accounts, leave of absence and disability policies, insurance policies, etc.
• Ownership and accountability for all aspects of the North America annual open enrollment management, development and execution.
• Leads the vendor renewal processes.
• Leads the annual evaluation of benefits offerings and plans to ensure market competitive and remain relevant and valued. Recommend benefits program additions and changes based on market and associate requirements assessment.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal benefit laws, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, IRC Section 125, FMLA. Comply with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, obtaining qualified opinions, enforcing adherence to policy requirements and advising management on needed actions.
• Manages health, welfare and group benefits plans, programs and policies to ensure accurate and effective administration, including the implementation of new provisions and plans.
• Actively leads and participates in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures – both internal and third-party vendors – to drive efficiencies, eliminate manual processes and improve the associates’ experience.
• Manages vendor relationships and provide benefits expertise and consultative service to internal and external partners.
• Partners with Communication Lead on development of effective associate communication strategy and develop educational programs to ensure associates understand their benefits and value providing a consistent awareness of benefits offerings.
• Leads the North America Benefits strategy, design and pricing for health, welfare and insurance benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent
• 5+ years Benefits Health & Welfare experience within a Regional, National or Global organization
• Able to travel 5%

Knowledge and Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Proven ability to function as a subject matter expert, developing and implementing new and enhanced benefits and policies

Our client, a software services company located in Ft. Washington, PA, has an immediate need for a Direct Hire Vice President of HR. This position will report to the President. The current VP is retiring. Company has about 500 employees.

This role provides complete oversight of the Human Resources Department. This includes oversight of the recruitment functions for the organization, employee relations, and benefits administration among other essential Human Resources Department tasks. This position includes translating the strategic and tactical business plans into HR plans and programs and developing recruitment strategies. The role also oversees compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the organization.

Will oversee all members of the HR Team (staff of 4).

Position is a hybrid- must be able to work on-site in Ft. Washington, PA office and work from home.

Candidate should have experience reporting to an entrepreneurial leader (President founded the company).
Must have strong experience working with a fast paced leader and culture.

Must have NYC Hotel Union experience (Local 6); Philadelphia Union (32BJ) is a plus.

This role will handle LOA/WC, EE relations, recruiting, on/off boarding, terms/job changes, labor law posters, job descriptions, etc. for the AKA side of the company (roughly 300 people).

Can be based in Plymouth Meeting, PA or New York City.

Hybrid- requires some on-site.

Will do some recruiting/on/offboarding/job changes, etc. for other areas of the company, maintain files, maintain HR procedures, assist with performance review process, clerical HR duties, etc. Based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This is a $60k level position.

HRIS Analyst Plymouth Meeting, PA Temp to Perm or direct hire

The Rosen Group has an immediate need for a temp to perm or direct hire HRIS Analyst with a growing east coast hotel chain. This position is for a newly created HR department.

Must have Ceridian Dayforce experience, and must be an expert in implementing Ceridian modules and reporting.

Based in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Hybrid- 3 days in Plymouth Meeting, 2 days at home.

This is a $100k level position.
