HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead to join a corporate fast-paced HR team for a global manufacturing company. (total of 15,000 employees- 85 folks in corporate office in Delaware)
This role will partner with the VP of Talent Management and OD, to ensure alignment of all HR processes and polices for the corporate headquarters to include: Performance Management and Development, Talent Management and Acquisition, Leadership Talent review, and Employee Engagement for all corporate functional teams.
This company has grown thru acquisitions and has divisions including medical device, fabrication, welding, etc. The culture emphasizes “continuous improvement” to create sustained performance for the benefit of their customers.
Requirements: Must have minimum of Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years as a senior HR generalist/manager with experience within a CORPORATE environment that includes performance management, employee relations, and employee development.
Must have deep knowledge in areas of TALENT ACQUISITION, EMPLOYMENT BRANDING and technology(social media campaigns).
A CORPORATE MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT is a major plus, as is a Masters degree!
