Our financial services client (private equity owned) has an immediate need for a direct hire HR Business Partner located in Edison, NJ.

Will provide strategic and some tactical HR support to all levels in the organization in areas of employee relations, training, od, etc . Will also provide benefits admin support.

Position will be hybrid and require some time in the Edison, NJ Office.

The HR Manager will provide expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, HR processes, project management, compliance, recruiting, employee engagement, and Human Resource Management System. In addition, the HR Manager provides support/manage on all personnel matters and assists with employee relations, benefit administration, new hire orientation, policies, and programs.

Employee Relations Manager/HRBP Moorestown, NJ Temp to Perm

Our life sciences client has an immediate need for a temp to perm Employee Relations Manager with HRBP experience. This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days on-site in Moorestown, NJ.

Reporting to HRBP Team Lead, this position works closely with HRBP team and supports the team on their respective client needs.

Responsibilities

Support Human Resources and Management teams on all employee relations activities across all business lines.

Conduct in depth investigations of significant, complex issues/claims.
Prepare detailed investigative reports. Maintains detailed and accurate accounts of investigations with timely memorialization of notes and supporting documents into case management system.
Develop and maintain process, methodologies, tools, and templates to create a framework for handling ER issues.
Conducts researches and provides consult to managers and supervisors regarding employment relations.
Manage the resolution of employee relations matters related to disciplinary actions, conflicts and interpretation of established policies and administrative practices in a timely and effective manner.
Review ER processes and make recommendations for process efficiencies and opportunities.
Provide support to the HR Business Partners concerning employee relations and performance management matters.
Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
5 years of ER experience required.
Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and relationship building required.
Thorough understanding of state and federal laws concerning labor relations.
Expert knowledge of employment law and other related laws required.
Strong oral and written communication skills and influencing capabilities required.
Experience and proficiency using various personal computer software including MS Office and HRIS systems required.
