Our large state run health care client located in Syracuse, NY has an immediate need for a Director of Talent Acquisition. Will have a staff of 13 recruiting resources plus a strong number 2 TA leader.

Heavy union environment, however union experience is not required. The focus is on civil service and professional hiring (currently hundreds of openings).

Currently, recruiting is very administrative. They want to upgrade their TA function to next level (decentralization, move more sourcing responsibilities to line/operations leaders). ATS system needs to be better utilized.

HR Specialist- Compensation Programs New Castle, DE Perm
HRIS Analyst Gloucester City, NJ Perm

Great new opening for an experienced HRIS Analyst looking to grow their career! Located in Gloucester City, NJ, this position supports the direction, management, and operational data needs for the Organization’s HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce). Participates in the implementation and testing of new modules/functionality, policy changes and applications as well as ongoing support and administration of existing applications. Manages vendor relationships and supports end-users to best leverage systems and processes and drive improvements. Creates and runs reports. Assists in the implementation and testing of collective bargaining agreements and underlying policies to payroll calculations.

Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years experience, Ceridian Dayforce experience is a plus! Requires hands-on HRIS experience and a solid understanding of human resources operations with a customer-focused approach. Requires strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a HYBRID ROLE with three days working in the office. Office can be located in Philadelphia, PA, White House Station, NJ, Chicago and/or NYC.

College degree is REQUIRED.

Must have excellent quantitative and analytical and problem solving skills and experience in working with large global data sets.

Sr. Manager, Global Compensation & HRIS Wilmington, DE Perm

Our pharmaceutical client located in Wilmington, DE area has an immediate need for a Sr. Manager, Global Compensation & HRIS. Position provides compensation support to the global Human Resources team including offers, promotions, job evaluation and compensation policies/practices. Manages global annual compensation processes including performance management, merit, ICP and stock awards.

Sr. Manager has 4 direct reports and additional indirect reports.

Ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, someone who can think on the spot, is a problem-solver, 5 or more years compensation and people management experience, HRIS systems experience (PeopleSoft is a plus).

Position is on-site with 1 flex day per week

Vice President of HR Syracuse, NY Perm

Our client, based in the Syracuse, NY area, has an immediate need for a Vice President of HR for a mid-sized community Hospital System. Position reports to CEO. Must have at least 5 years or more hospital HR VP level experience. Need some union/labor experience.

This is a great opportunity to help take HR to the next level for this organization. Will have several Director and Manager level direct reports in all HR functional areas. Must be willing to work 100% on site in Syracuse area.

Client will provide modest relocation assistance.

Maximum salary base is $180k with potential (but not guaranteed) bonus.
