The Rosen Group has an immediate need for a contract high-volume recruiter for a growing healthcare company in the Vineland New Jersey area.

The client will look at anyone who has done high-volume recruiting. Healthcare is a plus but not required. Recruiting all types of healthcare folks for hospitals- clinical and nonclinical.

Must work on-site in Vineland, NJ for initial 3 week training period before possibly going remote.

The pay rate is $30-$40 an hour depending on experience and may go higher if solid healthcare experience.

HR Generalist or Admin Pennsauken, NJ Contract

My client has a need for a Contract HR Generalist or Admin with strong onboarding experience and cloud based HRIS experience (i.e. looking up employees files). This person will audit employee files in Workday. They will review the company onboarding checklist and advise HR department on what is missing.

Company has about 2500 employees.

Position is expected to last about 3 months, and is fully remote.

Immediate opening for a Leave of Absence Administrator for our College Point, NY client. This is an on-site contract position.

Duties include FMLA, short-term disability, administrative duties.

Ideal candidate will have NY (local & state), federal law knowledge, workman’s comp, collective bargaining and conflict resolution experience.

Multi-state and union experience a plus!

3-5 years experience in LOA.

HR Manager Radnor, PA contract, possible temp to perm

We are looking for a seasoned full cycle HR Manager for our large professional services client located in the Radnor, PA area . This is a 3- 6 month assignment with a possible temp to perm arrangement. Looking for a $125k level person. Hourly pay rate will be commensurate.

Position is completely on-site. Will support about 1200 employees in corporate functions; especially IT function. Full cycle but focus on recruiting, heavy emphasis on strategy vs hands on tactical/operational support.

HR Business Partner , KY Perm

Our large manufacturing client has two openings for HR Managers , one located in between Nashville and Bowling Green KY , the other is located in between Lexington and Louisville KY. Position is primarily on-site. Reports to both HR Director and Head of Manufacturing. Position pays up to $120k . The position between Lexington, KY and Louisville, KY requires union experience.

This role serves as a key member of the Site Leadership Team while building relationships with organizational leaders to link organizational and HR strategy for both short and long-range business and workforce matters for a manufacturing facility. This position ensures the development, launch and monitoring of key HR initiatives in the designated facilities as well and alignment with shared services on process and policy execution. Additionally, the role will provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable the assigned internal customers to deliver their people plans.

Job Description

Works as partner to ensure professional HR support for all HR and operational issues.
Build capability of local business teams with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g., performance management, succession planning, career management, development of teams, etc.
Employ a tactical and strategic approach toward human resources role for the sites, maintaining close and cooperative relationships with HR and staff.
Assists and guides line management on a broad range of HR policies, programs, and practices to ensure company is compliant with laws, regulations and policy.
Prepares job/position descriptions and initiates and participates in the recruitment process with the Talent Acquisition team. Leads local employee onboarding plan and follows up to orient new hires
Manages the administration and coordination of fair and equitable compensation and reward systems that serve to attract, motivate, and retain the most qualified employees whose diversity is represented in all levels.
Lead and coordinate continuous improvement of all human resource processes to improve efficiency and employee services while balancing overall costs.
Assist in the organization of employee activities and community/public relations activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Human Resources
SHRM certification preferred
7+ years of generalist human resources management experience required
Previous experience as a Plant HR Manager
Previous experience with Microsoft Office suite required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
HRIS and analytics experience. Workday experience is desired.
Ability to work independently and act as an influencer
Understand and navigate in a collaborative, matrix-based work environment
Previous experience in the training field and/or experience with adult learning methodologies desired.
Ability to travel up to 10%
