HR Business Partner Exton, PA Perm

Major International Company is seeking a strategic and dynamic Director level HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support senior executives in driving business success through people strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partnership, the HRBP will be a trusted advisor, working closely with leaders and stakeholders across diverse and complex business units.

The HRBP is a critical HR representative and is expected to provide strategic insight and guidance to both the business and HR, acting as a bridge and spearheading two-way feedback to ensure initiatives are relevant and executed successfully. What You’ll Do:

As the HR Manager, you’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and programs. You’ll be responsible for building out all aspects of the HR function, from foundational compliance to driving employee engagement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

HR Function Development: Update, implement, and manage all HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring they align with company goals and values.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. You’ll stay current on emerging HR trends and legislation by attending local SHRM meetings and conferences.
Benefits Administration: Administer and manage all employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and other ancillary benefits. You’ll also assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment.

Performance Management: Develop and/or improve existing performance management systems, including performance review processes, goal setting, and performance improvement plans. You’ll also coach managers on effective performance feedback.
Culture & Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong company culture and enhance employee engagement. This includes organizing and facilitating employee events, recognition programs, and communication initiatives.
Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment efforts, including job description development, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare HR reports, and manage HR budgets.

What You’ll Bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or generalist role with broad responsibilities.
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, particularly those applicable in New Jersey.
Hands-on experience with benefits administration, and payroll processing (experience with ADP is a plus).
A strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.
The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
