We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Temp to assist our client with a critical project. This role will involve uploading digital copies of contracts into our Cobblestone system, organizing them, and accurately filling in relevant fields to ensure they are searchable.

This is a mostly remote position, onsite required for training and occasional check-ins.

Responsibilities:

Upload digital copies of contracts into the Cobblestone system.
Organize and maintain contract files within the system.
Accurately fill in relevant fields in the system to ensure contracts are easily searchable.
Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent data entry and typing accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred: Paralegal experience.

Experience:

This is a temporary, part-time position expected to last approximately 3-4 months.

HR Generalist Edison, NJ Contract

The Rosen Group has a new opening for a Contract HR Generalist in Edison, NJ. The assignment is expected to last 3-6 months and will report to the Director of HR. This is an onsite role.

Duties include onboarding, offboarding, orientation, benefits administration, HR administration.

Benefits Specialist Newark, DE Perm

The Rosen Group has a new opening for a direct hire Benefits Specialist in Newark, DE. This is a 100% onsite position.

The Benefits Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert to support the day-to-day administration of the Health and Welfare benefits programs (health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life, AD&D, Flexible Spending Plans) for all employees and responding to benefit-related inquiries and questions.

The Benefits Specialist will also be responsible for providing detailed comparative benefit analyses and assisting with the implementation of new benefit initiatives and completing benefit survey questionnaires.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of experience in benefit administration (REQUIRED)
Experience with self-insured medical plans (REQUIRED)
General knowledge of federal and state laws relating to benefit plans including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (REQUIRED)
Proficiency with online benefits enrollment administration (REQUIRED). HRIS/ADP experience strongly preferred

Our non-profit client has an immediate need for an HR Generalist to work a direct-hire part time role, in Camden, NJ with occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA. This is a newly created position, with great opportunity for growth.

Reporting to the CEO, the HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This position plays a key role in developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the business. Areas of focus include talent management, change management, and performance management, training and development, compliance and compensation.

This is a part-time position- up to 25 hours per week, flexible schedule.

Requirements

HR Business Partner Pittsburgh, PA Temp to Perm

Our transportation client has an immediate need for a temp to perm HR Business Partner in Pittsburgh, PA as a result of significant growth.

This position will focus on employee relations issues, managing employee issues investigations, and assisting managers with performance and disciplinary and other related generalist support.

Candidate must be located in the Greater Pittsburgh Metro area, and have the ability to travel and support on site in that area and the Western PA region (generally Pittsburgh metro and up the I-79 corridor to areas just South of Erie).

The role will be hybrid but requires 1-3 days per week on site.

Experience working with front-line operations and hourly employees, passenger or package transportation, warehousing and distribution or hospitality/retail.
