HR Generalist Edison, NJ Contract

he Rosen Group has a new opening for a Contract HR Generalist in Edison, NJ. The assignment is expected to last 3-6 months and will report to the Director of HR. This is an onsite role.

Duties include onboarding, offboarding, orientation, benefits administration, HR administration.

Talent Management Consultant Bala Cynwyd, PA Contract

Our client, a large non-profit organization is beginning an HR Transformation Process and needs an HR Consultant to work 30 hours per week in the Bala Cynwyd, PA area.

Hybrid work environment with an expectation of two days on site.

Length of first phase of assignment estimated at 3 months but could extend as long as a year. Candidate must be willing to commit to these expectations.

Duties

Will work closely with HR operations and provide process improvement plans and conduct HR strategy implementations, lead or assist in HR Transformation Projects: transitioning from traditional HR departments to HR Operations Systems or other transformative projects, and analyze HR current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven recommendations.

Will document current processes which include how the process is done now and provide future design options. Some examples of processes include:
1. Recruiting (multi layered process)
2. New hire onboarding and orientation process (multi layered)
3. Investigations

Experience needed
1. Extensive HR Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in HR roles, with significant time spent in HR operations, process improvement, and HR strategy implementation.
2. Experience with HR Transformation Projects: Proven track record in leading or significantly contributing to HR transformation initiatives, particularly in transitioning from traditional HR departments to HR Operations Systems or other transformative projects.
3. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the specific industry (e.g., healthcare, technology) can be beneficial due to unique industry-specific HR challenges and practices.
4. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven recommendations.
5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), HCM (Human Capital Management) systems, and other relevant HR technology platforms.
6. Knowledge of Best Practices and Trends: Staying updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

The Rosen Group has a new opening for a Sr. Director of Total Rewards with a leading company in Philadelphia, PA. You will have a unique opportunity to shape and implement innovative strategies to attract, retain, and reward the company’s talented workforce.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of all compensation and benefits programs.
• Developing and managing compensation structures, including base salaries, incentives, and variable pay programs.
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Conducting market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits practices.
• Managing the company’s retirement plans, including 457b plan governance.
• Collaborating with HR technology teams to optimize the use of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Infor Cloud).
• Providing strategic guidance and support to HR leadership on compensation and benefits matters.

Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Benefits Specialist Newark, DE Temp to Perm

The Rosen Group has a new opening for a temp to possible perm Benefits Specialist in Newark, DE. This is a 100% onsite position.

The Benefits Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert to support the day-to-day administration of the Health and Welfare benefits programs (health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life, AD&D, Flexible Spending Plans) for all employees and responding to benefit-related inquiries and questions.

The Benefits Specialist will also be responsible for providing detailed comparative benefit analyses and assisting with the implementation of new benefit initiatives and completing benefit survey questionnaires.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of experience in benefit administration (REQUIRED)
• Experience with self-insured medical plans (REQUIRED)
• General knowledge of federal and state laws relating to benefit plans including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (REQUIRED)
