The Rosen Group has a new opening for a contract HR Business Partner in Bryn Mawr, PA. Some travel required. The estimated length of assignment is 4 months.

The HR Business Partner will work with executive leaders and employees on compensation merit bonuses and employee relations. Looking for a consultative person with strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence.

Position is mostly onsite with 1 day remote.

Benefits Specialist Newark, DE Perm

The Rosen Group has a new opening for a direct hire Benefits Specialist in Newark, DE. This is a 100% onsite position.

The Benefits Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert to support the day-to-day administration of the Health and Welfare benefits programs (health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life, AD&D, Flexible Spending Plans) for all employees and responding to benefit-related inquiries and questions.

The Benefits Specialist will also be responsible for providing detailed comparative benefit analyses and assisting with the implementation of new benefit initiatives and completing benefit survey questionnaires.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of experience in benefit administration (REQUIRED)
Experience with self-insured medical plans (REQUIRED)
General knowledge of federal and state laws relating to benefit plans including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (REQUIRED)
Proficiency with online benefits enrollment administration (REQUIRED). HRIS/ADP experience strongly preferred

HR Coordinator West Chester, PA Perm

Rosen Group is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Human Resources Coordinator to join the Human Resource Service Center team supporting our family-owned transportation client (Krapf Group) in West Chester, PA. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow and develop their HR career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for employees, especially field employees, providing prompt and professional support. You’ll also assist in administering HR processes and tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries from new hires, current employees, and past employees on various HR topics.
• Manage confidential unemployment claims with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle employment verifications, Act 168 forms, and safety history requests.
• Process and respond to background clearance requests.
• Maintain digital employee records and support HRIS data entry.
• Assist employees with preparing various letters upon request.
• Support performance management procedures.
• Conduct orientations for new hires and update staff records as needed.
• Generate and submit reports on HR activities.
• Provide support with payroll tasks and assist with ad hoc HR and HRIS projects.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:
• Education: Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Skills: Strong computer proficiency, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Requirements:
o Valid state driver’s license.
