The Delaware Valley HR Department of the Year was founded in 1998 by Scott Rosen, President of the Rosen Group. His belief was that HR professionals should receive recognition for what they do and the growth and change they produce within their organizations. He envisioned this program would raise the bar for HR professionals, and in its 19th year, it continues to do just that — be a successful attribute in the HR industry.
