Since we place only HR professionals, we better understand the needs of our clients and have access to a far deeper pool of only the highest level of HR talent. What sets us apart in our industry is a process that insures we identify the right candidate for our clients' needs. It starts by listening - really listening - to our clients.

Our Process

Our business development managers speak with every client to fully understand their unique needs and corporate issues. Only then do our recruiting managers (who we modestly believe to be the best in the industry) follow up with our clients to match our deep reservoir of talented HR candidates to the specific skills needed. We use a sophisticated behavioral-based interviewing process in which all our recruiters are certified. Since time is of the essence, we work at warp speed to present only those candidates we know are ideal matches. After placing the ideal interim or permanent candidate, our job has only just begun. We are vested in the success of our candidates, so clients and candidates receive regular follow-up from our account management group to ensure each placement is a 100% success.
